Meet Clara

Your family's operating system.

Every family already runs on an OS — it just usually lives in one parent's head. Clara makes it real: a shared layer that connects your inbox, calendar, and the humans in your life, so plans, tasks, and context live somewhere the whole family can see.

How it works

Your family already runs on a system. It usually lives in one parent's head.

The chaos

  • Gmail, Calendar, group texts, and school portals don't talk to each other.
  • Deadlines and appointments live in whichever parent opened the email.
  • One person carries the mental load — and runs out of RAM.

The missing layer

  • Clara connects your inbox, calendar, and household details.
  • Both parents see the same daily brief, tasks, and context.
  • When plans change, Clara spots the ripple effects before they become scrambles.

Clara becomes your family's single source of truth.

Instead of fragments scattered across apps and memory, everything lives in one connected family OS.

What Clara does

Six connected systems that keep your family running

One shared inbox for the family

Connect Gmail and Google Calendar. Clara pulls the school forms, RSVPs, appointments, and permission slips out of both parents' inboxes and into one place you both can see.

An early-warning system

Clara watches for the deadlines, conflicts, and forgotten commitments hiding in your week — and surfaces them before they turn into a 9pm scramble.

Memory for your household

Kids' ages, allergies, shoe sizes, who does pickup on Tuesdays, the pediatrician's name — Clara remembers the operating details of your family so nobody has to.

Voice-first capture

Ramble in the car, vent while cooking. Clara turns messy speech into to-dos, calendar events, and notes filed in the right place in your family OS.

Everything is connected

Soccer moves to Thursday and Clara sees it bumps into the dentist, dinner prep, and your partner's meeting — then shows both of you what to shift.

A directory of your people

Grandparents, babysitters, teachers, your kids' friends' parents, birthdays, gift ideas. The relationships that make up your family life, in one searchable place.

Common questions

Straight from Clara.

What do you mean by a “family operating system”?

Think of it like the OS on your phone — the invisible layer that makes all the apps work together. Clara is that layer for your household: calendar, inbox, to-dos, people, and context, all connected so both parents see the same picture.

How is this different from a shared calendar or to-do app?

Those are single apps. Clara is the layer above them. It ingests your calendar and inbox, understands your family, and turns the raw feed into a coherent daily brief, tracked tasks, and follow-ups both parents can act on.

Can my partner use Clara too?

Yes — that's the whole point. A family OS with one user is just an app. Invite your partner, share the load, assign things back and forth, and let Clara follow up so nothing depends on one person's memory.

Is my family's information safe?

Your family's data is treated like our own. Everything is encrypted, and it's never sold to advertisers or anyone else. You're trusting Clara with the most personal part of your life — we take that seriously.
